Tune Up: $45/ Our basic tune may be all you need to get out riding again! We will adjust and lube your shifting systems, headset, botom bracket and check all bearings and bolts and tune your brakes. (add tire sealant to any tune for only $5 per tire.) Complete tune: $90/Our complete tune is the best in the business! We start by taking your bike totally apart, clean and inspect everything, and start to put it back together. We grease and adjust your bottom bracket and headset, resurface and adjust brakes, true and tension wheels, adjust hubs, and put all new cables and housing on, and install any new parts for no extra charge. (cables and housing no extra charge.) Rear Shock Overhaul: $10-$40/ Ok so with the rear shocks we need a little more information... what do you have? A Fox rp23 is $10, while something like a Manitou swinger coil shock is probably going to be more like $40. A Bent Wheel: $10-$20/ Bring it in and let us have a look at it, most of the time we can get you going again fast and easy. If it’s going to cost more than $20 it may be time to look at a new wheel or at least a new hoop. Custom Wheel Build: $30-$50/ If you need to lace up a new "normal wheel" that is $30. Now if you want to get into something like a I9 or rebuild a Mavic Crossmax, or bling twisty spokes that will wind up more like $50-$60. Brake Adjust: $10/ Whatever kind of brakes you have we would more than happy to put a quick tune on them for just $10 per brake. Brake Bleed: $15/ Lost your brakes? We can get you going again, its $15 per brake so $30 for your full setup. That includes fluid, and adjustment. Shift Adjust: $10/ Same kind of deal, $10 per der so $20 for the hole deal. if you need your hanger straightened out its just $5 extra. Flat Tire: $5/ We charge a $5 flat rate for fixing any flat tire. The same goes for seating a UST Tubeless tire. Add Stans tire sealant in your tube or tubeless setup to help prevent your next flat for a additional $5 per tire/tube. Just ask us and we will show you how good this stuff works.
Tune Up and Cables: $65/ If your toy needs a little more attention this may be the ticket. We will adjust your shifting, brakes, headset, bottom bracket, and then true and tension your wheels, resurface brake pads, and replace cables and housing where needed.
Over Night Over Haul: $150/ The ONOH is everything your ride needs once a year! It starts the same as the complete tune and then we bleed your brakes, rebuild your fork and attend to anything else that we discovered along the way. Add a rebuild for your rear Fox air shock for $10. Once we are done your bike will ride better than it did when it was new!
Custom Fork Rebuild: $30-$70/ If all you need is an oil change and seals thats about $30. If your Fox Talas is going crazy a full rebuild is more like $70. So what do we mean when we say Custom Fork Rebuild? We mean we do it custom for you. We will need to know how much you weigh, how you ride and where you ride. Then we will work with you to pick the perfect weight oil's and seal kit to tune the fork specifically for you. (Parts not included.)
